RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept changes/returns of items within a maximum period of 30 business days, provided that the item is delivered in perfect condition, in the same form in which it was sold and accompanied by the respective invoice, cloth and paper labels, packaging and any other element that forms part of the shipment, in accordance with the provisions of Spanish legislation.
Changes / returns of items that have been altered, washed, used, with odors or in any way damaged by misuse are not accepted. We are not responsible for the misuse of your articles, nor for the incorrect washing of them. We always suggest consulting the CARE AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS section. Before each purchase, we also suggest that you consult the SIZE GUIDE section, so that you can make the purchase as informed as possible. The customer support team will be available to help you if you have any questions.
In online changes, the customer sends the part he wants to change to our warehouse and we send the new part. All shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
For returns, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We advise that the articles be sent to us by carrier or certified mail.
Changes
As soon as the item arrives at our office and successfully passes our quality control, we will contact you by email to let you know if the item you have chosen for exchange is available.
If so, we will send you our IBAN to pay the difference in values between items (if applicable). As soon as we receive proof of payment, the new item will be sent to the address you indicated above.
Returns
Once the item arrives at our office and successfully passes our quality control, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order. Returns have a maximum period of 10 business days from receipt of the item in our office.
